Youtube stops monetizing for new channels despite meeting conditions for viewers and viewers

From February 20, 2018, the YouTube rule applies that every channel that has a desire to earn must have a minimum of 1,000 subscribers, and in the last 12 months, more than 4,000 hours, or 240,000 minutes of viewership on their videos.

Unfortunately, despite the fulfillment of these conditions, Youtube verification delays, for those who met the conditions in March 2018, they received a message that YT verifies and asks for patience by the end of April!

But we have May and Youtube is still verifying, this time without providing a deadline, and some creators have information that the embarrassment will be unloaded by the end of June.

Is not this abuse of a dominant position? With each passing month, a channel with a viewership of over 20,000 minutes per month could earn, but this is not done due to new monetization conditions.

When are you a worthy competitor?
